Balkan Builders is a family-owned construction company led by husband-and-wife team Alen and Emma Dacic. With over 15 years of hands-on industry experience, Alen brings unmatched craftsmanship, leadership, and technical expertise, while Emma adds over a decade of client service, design insight, and a personal touch that makes every project feel seamless. Together, they combine skill, style, and a commitment to transparency to create exceptional spaces built with care, quality, and the warmth of a family business.

ALEN DACIC
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Alen has built his career on a foundation of integrity, craftsmanship, and leadership. His journey began with a year as a site superintendent, where he quickly discovered a natural talent not just for the technical side of building, but for guiding people and managing complex projects with precision and care.
Within a year, Alen was leading a team of 30, developing a reputation for delivering high-quality work while fostering strong collaboration on and off the job site. Over the next decade, he continued to sharpen his skills across residential and commercial projects, gaining deep knowledge in both new construction and custom remodeling.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to raise industry standards, Alen founded Balkan Builders with a clear mission: to create a company that delivers excellence through transparency, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.

EMMA DACIC
Born and raised in Southern California, Emma Dacic brings over a decade of experience in customer service and relationship building to her role as Client Relations Manager. With a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration Management, Emma has always been driven by her compassion for helping others and her commitment to meeting client needs with care and precision.
A proud mother of three girls, Emma’s passion for home design and renovation runs deep. Rooted in a family legacy of construction, and inspired by a close family friend who is a professional home designer, this unique background has given her a keen eye for style, an understanding of diverse design aesthetics, and a personal dedication to creating beautiful, functional spaces for every client.
Emma thrives on building strong, lasting connections and finds her greatest fulfillment in seeing clients truly satisfied. Her blend of professional expertise, creative insight, and genuine warmth makes her an invaluable partner in every project.
